Norris Lozano

Norris Lozano is currently the Managing Director of Pure Power Distributions, Inc., a company that provides and delivers economically viable and environmentally sensible alternatives to fundamental engergy needs for everyday people and buinesses through clean energy alternatives.  Previously he was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Urban Development & Finance, LLC.  From 2004 until 2007, Norris as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Portland Family of Funds and its parent, United Fund Advisors.  From 2000 to 2004 he was Director of the Portland Development Commission.  From 1995 to 2000 he was CEO of Hanna-Sherman International, Inc.  From 1991 to 1995 he was President of Peoples National Mortgage in Dallas, Texas, which was formed with the former Deputy Director of the Resolution Trust Corporation and acquired numerous assets from teh FDIC and RTC.  From 1988 - 1992 he was a partner of the Dallas, Texas law firm of Rhode, Chapman, Ford and How, and of the firm of Denton & Guinan.  Norris holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Texas (1979) and a JD, Southern Methodist University School of Law (1982).  He is a Member of Texas State Bar and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
